Vending.com customer service may be reached toll-free at 866-VENDING. Also, service issues and general information requests may be logged and tracked electronically at www.vending.com.
How do I set up vending at my location(s)? It's easy--go to the Register Now section, and tell us about yourself, your locations, and where to send commissions. Leave the rest to us. It's that easy.
How many machines can I get? Each location is individualized, however many locations have two or more machines.
How often will I receive vending commissions? On a quarterly basis, we will combine vending commission income from all of your locations and issue you, or payees you designate, one check.
What about liability issues? Liability insurance is carried to protect our clients in the event of vending-related damages. We also monitor safety regulations and licensing requirements.
What commission rates do you pay? Vending.com pays its customers a percentage of gross receipts. The percentage varies based upon the the number and profitability of machines placed in service (e.g., 10% of cold bev'g sales).
What does the program cost? Nothing! Vending.com places, stocks, and services all vending equipment free of charge.
What if I already have vending service? Vending.com will either replace your existing equipment/vendor, or work with that vendor to convert the current service to the vending.com program.
What if I have locations in multiple states? Vending.com currently serves thousands of clients in all 50 States and Canada.
What service guarantee do you offer? If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will remove our equipment upon 60 days notice.
What sizes are your vending machines? Vending.com offers various sized machines that fit most locations. All machines are attractive, newer, top-of-the-line-models.
What types of locations are conducive for vending? Vending.com will tailor a program to work for most property/business types including apartments, offices, retail sites, schools, hospitals, and many more.
Who is is responsible for refunding lost money? Vending.com assumes responsibility for ensuring that all monies lost are repaid promptly.
Will I save money using vending.com? Not just money, you'll also save time! Employees & managers won't spend their time worrying about or dealing with vending issues.
